The Divine Favor Monk!
This is some-what of a joke my friends and I had put together, a Monk that only used Divine Favor and "Other" Monk skills, and this is what we came up with, dispite the waste of alot of skill points it became a "useable" build.
Divine Favor: 12+1+3
[skill]Blessed Light[/skill][skill]Divine Healing[/skill][skill]Divine Intervention[/skill][skill]signet of devotion[/skill][skill]watchful healing[/skill][skill]spell shield[/skill][skill]Holy Haste[/skill][skill]resurrect[/skill]

If PvE skills and secondary skills aren't allowed, this is the bar I came up with for PvE:
[build prof=Mo/P div=12+1+1 spear=9 motivation=9 name="Blight"][Blessed Light][Divine Healing][Heaven's Delight][Divine Spirit][Signet of Devotion][Watchful Healing][Deny hexes][Contemplation of Purity][/build]
It's actually not so bad, given the good synergy between divine spirit, watchful healing, and cop. The blight/divine healing/heavens delight is a good divine favor bar template. Sig devo is there for emanagement since you don't have gole. Add in a multi-hex removal and you're set.
Note the 9 spear and 9 motivation. Spearing stuff to death is important!

I took the template from my Mo/W and didn't bother to change the profession
And carrying sword/shield is silly because you don't want to get in melee range anyways. Spears are actually quite good on monks since you get additional damage output.

I gotta try that in my alliances next fun run
last time we ran dervishes as support and monks as offence using only their own skills, but that looks more fun ...wander how long it would take for 8 of em to kill a foe

In case you didn't notice I was only joking.
Then again being in Melee range in PvE can be remedied with Protective Spirit but if the enchantment is removed or goes down your kinda screwed so beware.

Will this build work in pve? Look interesting sick of old cookie cutter builds.
